Executive Coaching

At times executives are unaware of the impact they can have on others in their organization. Interviews with their peers and staff indicate that this is not always a positive impact which then can have an adverse impact on business results. Coaching has been proven to be an effective method for facilitating greater self-awareness by helping executives understand how they impact others and increase their ability to accomplish strategic plans and meet business goals. The benefit of coaching is having more effective leaders meeting the current and emerging issues facing themselves and their organizations.

We provide personal coaching to executives. We begin by establishing clarity about coaching objectives, defining success and identifying benefits to the person being coached and the surrounding organizational system. We then gather data through in-depth interviews, assessment procedures and work shadowing which allow us to identify existing strengths, dilemmas and potential solutions and most importantly, help build an internal support network. The result is a tailored personal development program, established priorities, action plans, accountability mechanisms and agreement on how to review and evaluate progress.
