Lisa Andreotti - CEO/President

Lisa joined Texo Solutions in 2000. Lisa has over 18 Years of experience in the human capital marketplace helping clients both large and small achieve their sourcing goals. Prior to joining Texo Solutions, Lisa started her career at Computer Horizons Corp. She began in 1990 supporting the Telecommunications clientele where she worked her way up form a recruiting assistant to Head of Telecom recruiting supporting clients such as Lucent, AT & T and Bell Labs. Lisa has extensive experience in the Recruiting/Staffing industry managing a variety of different areas and disciplines. Building on her experience, Lisa implemented a staffing business focused on building partnerships with her clientele and providing tremendous value to the client. This vision guaranteed success in the highly competitive marketplace.

Carole Daily - CFO

Carole Daily is Co-founder of Texo Solutions, LLC and is currently the Chief Financial Officer. She has over 20 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting field, with particular expertise in the Professional Services Industry. Carole's last consulting engagement before starting Texo Solutions was with AT & T working as a contractor representing Computer Horizons Corporation as a Senior Financial Project Coordinator. Once her contract engagement ended Carole brought her many years of business knowledge to help build what is known as Texo Solutions today. Her finance expertise, precise accounting practices and her attention to detail has guided the company through tremendous growth.

Prior to working at AT & T, Carole held financial positions in the Automotive, Manufacturing and Import/Export Industries. Her experience working in various industries in multiple roles has provided a holistic view and solid foundation needed today to navigate a company financially.

Jen Daily - Director of Recruiting

Jen has over 10 years of experience in the Recruiting industry. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, she currently manages all aspects of Texo's recruiting department. Prior to coming to Texo, Jen worked for Albridge Solutions, a PNC company as a Sr. Recruiter. While at Albridge, Jen acted in the role of a Team Lead for the recruiting department, overseeing the day to day activities of the group, as well as strategically aligning herself with the business to achieve their aggressive hiring goals. Jen has experience working in fast paced, high energy environments, dealing with large institutions, as well as small to mid-sized corporations.
